They lose telephone lines and they consistently bill incorrectly, If you telephone for help or advice, you are told you must email...and when you email, they simply ignore you. Dealing with these cretins has been the worst business decision we have ever made and we have even resigned from the Federation of Small Business in protest at the support and advertising they give this company.
