  Having bought 2 parasols from this Company 2 years ago, we ordered 1 replacement in April as one broke in the high winds. We requested delivery by the 15th May, as we had a press launch. We were asked to pay everything up front, which we did, on the basis that and confirmed in writing that we would receive the parasol in time. Nothing turned up. We could not get hold of the one contact we had. We could only speak to Reception who could do nothing but pass messages. Time goes on. We receive a parasols, but its completely different to those we have already. Again, despite almost daily attempts (sometimes 10 in a day) to contact the lady we arranged this with - nothing is done. She is supposedly on Annual Leave, although nobody on reception knows this. We are still none the wise. circa £2k gone, and still no parasol to show for it, now nearly a month after the agreed delivery date. We are keeping the parasol safe for the Superior Parasols in the hope they will collect it, but we struggle with storage. We just dont know what to do... do hope nobody else suffers this problem. It is incredibly stressful, and hurtful that somebody could demand £2k and not care about the outcome, nor bother about the service given.
